RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit, so you can return your goodies for store credit or a full refund (online only)

 

**Festive Period Returns**

All orders placed from 1 December will have an extended returns period until the 15th of January 2024. In-store purchases will require a gift receipt upon exchange. 

All other returns terms and conditions apply. 

 

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RETURNS:

- Any items returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery or purchase (in-store).

- Items that have been worn, or are missing hygiene stickers (underwear and swimwear).

- Any product deemed by Wonderlust not to be in perfect saleable condition.

 

RETURN POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASES

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item bought online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, and proof of purchase is provided. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order is damaged or your purchase is faulty in any way, please contact us and we will send you a free returns label.

Receipt – Please include a copy of your online order in the returned parcel. Returned items not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted.

Exchange – Wonderlust will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.

Pierced Earrings – In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

Condition – We will gladly accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached where applicable. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Refund – Online purchases can be returned for a full refund or store credit. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and cannot be redeemed once expired. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

RETURN POLICY - SALE ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

As above, except that all sale items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date and proof of purchase must be provided.

 

RETURN POLICY – IN STORE PURCHASES

Wonderlust will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for in-store purchases. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed once expired. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept earring returns for hygiene reasons. Swimwear and underwear must have hygiene stickers attached and be unworn.

- All items bought in store, are bought as seen. 
- Refunds may only be applicable if the item is seen as faulty - this is at the discretion of the store manager.
- All sale items are final, no exchange or credit note given.
 - This does not affect your statutory rights.
