We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit, so you can return your order for store credit or a full refund (exclusions apply).

Online purchases can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and cannot be redeemed once expired. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties, and less the postal costs. 

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item* bought online, provided the item is returned within the return window:

- Full priced items (14 days from delivery)

- Sale items (7 days from delivery)

*Made to order items excluded, and exclusions apply.

Made-to-order purchases (both online and in-store) are not returnable for a refund except in the event of a faulty product, however can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery. 

We will happily exchange any item, free of charge, for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. However, we are unable to exchange different items; if a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.

If your order is damaged or your purchase is faulty in any way, please contact us and we will send you a free returns label.

Unfortunately we cannot accept the following returns:

- Any items returned after the returns window (14 days for full priced items, 7 days for sale items)

- Items that appear to be washed, worn, or missing hygiene stickers (underwear and swimwear).

- Earrings or any item with piercings

- Gift cards

- Any product deemed by Wonderlust not to be in a perfect saleable condition.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

- Full priced, in-store purchases are returnable for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds may only be applicable if the item is seen as faulty - this is at the discretion of the store manager.

- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and cannot be redeemed once expired.

- Sale items are sold as seen and are not returnable.

Full priced, in-store purchases (including made to order items) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
